Hmmm Heavy Storm Banned to let players to set 5 Cards. Should restrict both Heavy Storm and Dark Hole to one. With Starlight Road, Dark Bribe, Solemn Judgement, My body as a Shield, Stardust Dragon and etc., its easy counter. ==
